Stockmans Bank has gone from a one location financial institution, to a 5-location bank with an additional LPO/DPO in the Dallas Metro area. We continue to offer the newest products and services available, while exceeding the expectations of the growing “online customer”. Technology has allowed us to offer new and super efficient ways for our customers to access their financial information, make transactions, and view and print statements. We are also constantly finding ways for our bank and our customers to be more “environmentally friendly” by offering account access and other services through the web, which not only make all of us more friendly to the environment, but also provides customers with the convenience of managing their accounts from virtually anywhere.
Technology may have allowed us to provide cutting edge products and services, but all the technology in the world can’t replace the one thing that the local owners of Stockmans Bank vow is most important…our people. One thing that hasn’t changed through the years is the exceptional customer service that each of our locations provide. As we’ve grown as a bank, we’ve made sure to keep that same friendly, family oriented atmosphere in each of our brick and mortar buildings, as well as on our bank website. We know our customers by name, we know their families, and we like to be involved in the communities in which we live and work…it’s become a part of what Stockmans Bank is, and we couldn’t do it without all of the hard working, dedicated, and caring people that we’re proud to call our staff.
