NOTICE for Bill Pay Scheduling July 21, 2008

A scheduling conflict has delayed the date we will implement the new Online Banking and Bill Pay system.

Letters have been going out to keep you updated about the enhancements, including the cutoff date for using the current bill pay system. The delay has moved the implementation date of the new software from August 18th to October 13, 2008.

You may continue to schedule bill payments in the current bill pay system past August 15th. However you may not schedule a pay date past October 7, 2008. Payments you need to make after October 8th will need to either be paid early or handled outside the online banking bill pay system.

Remember that we do not share your information with vendors so you will need to re-enroll in the new system on October 13, 2008. Once you gain online access you may begin entering your payees and scheduling bill payment in the new online banking bill pay system.

Please call if you have a question. Thanks
